Need Help with ID of eye Glasses/Specs

    Hello everyone,

I got these in a 1960's/1970's Toys collection that I recently purchased. Any idea who they belong too?

    Thanks,

    Frank

I can tell you that they are to perfect to be Clark Kent Glasses...here's the pic from the galleries of the CK glasses:

They look to new to be from the 70's. It's possible that they may be Harry Potter glasses. They definitely don't look vintage though. Hope that helps.

Their eyes can't hope to see
    The beauty that surrounds them

I know for a fact that they are not from a newer era toy like Harry Potter. They guy I bought the collection frolm was only into vintage stuff. I thought they might be Mike Hazzard glasses and was hoping like hell that they were Clark's glasses.

Definitely not Mike Hazzards...his had a flat bar across the top, and the lense area for both sides was one open piece (sort of like safety goggles). What you have here however, appear to be from the April Dancer, The Girl from U.N.C.L.E. action figure Marx put out at the same time.

They look very similar to glasses that Mattel has reissued over the years for Barbie & Ken in various colors--although I think the Mattel ones are thinner/more streamlined.
WANTED: Dick Grayson SI trousers; gray AJ Mustang horse; vintage RC Batman (Bruce Wayne) head; minty Wolfman tights; mint Black Knight sword; minty Launcelot boots; Lion Rock (pale) Dracula & Mummy heads; Lion Rock Franky squared boots; Wayne Foundation blue furniture; Flash Gordon/Ming (10") unbroken holsters; CHiPs gloved arms; POTA T2 tan body; CTVT/vintage Friar Tuck robes, BBP TZ Burgess Meredith glasses.

I have a pair of these on my Bandai 80's style godzilla along with a paper folded samurai hat... They do pretty well as stand ins for the clark glasses. I wouldn't be surprised if they were barbie origin, they seem to pop up pretty regularly in modern lots too (probably a commonly duped mold overseas). I don't recall exactly where mine came from, but I want to say they're newer.
