Help Identify these Figures??????

Hey all I need Help Identifying These figures. They are both 9" figures. The one on the right looks kinda like a pirate and has a T1 Type Body. Anything about them would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!!!!

Well the left guy is Space:1999, I forget the character name. I think he's the doctor. Same actor that played Lt Gerard on the Fugitive.

The other guy is an Excel figure. I think Custer?
