Galen/Cornelius Variants?!?

Looking thru my parts bin,I noticed variants on these heads.
Sorta metallic green shine on hair.
Pink lips on a green and also brown eared head.
Are any of these more desirable?

There are so many variations of the heads (Same applies to Zira too) that I don't think you can even start to consider desirability of one over the other, but they do add to the fun of collecting.

Last night I noticed that a spare helmeted General I have has a much darker painted face. I was going to sell one on but now i've spotted a difference i'll probably keep them both - All part of the fun.

Is the shiny green haired one referred to as the disco ape?

The shiny metallic green haired version are indeed MUCH rarer then the rest.

Metallic Green Haired Cornelius/Galen!

I just received a Type 1 Cornelius/Galen with metallic green hair. The paint looks original and it is quite shiny and very metallic! I will be photographing it soon. It's kind of shocking because even though I'd heard of this phenomenon before, I'd never seen it up close and personal, even though I've owned at least a dozen Cornelius/Galen figures over the years.
