T1 Ironman questions

Got a few questions on him.
Are the suits between T1 and T2 the same cut?
Never mind the button thread color. Upon much closer inspection it looks resewn.
And might as well ask this...what he worth? Just curious.

I'm sure the cut is different, because the costumes are little different size.
