    Sculptors leaving their mark.....

    I have just noticed that all the Palitoy Space 1999 heads have a small 'D' behind and to the bottom of their left ears. Could this have been the original sculptor leaving his mark?
    I can't say I have ever noticed anything similar on any other figures.

    I have pulled this pic from a current auction I have running so the quality isn't too good and i'll get some better pics sorted later, but it's definitely there on all the heads.

      Quirky, if nothing else. I just find it interesting that somebody seems to have left their mark in a very subtle way.
