      Oh wow! Thanks Berto! Call me crazy, but am I the only one who wouldn't really prefer a T1 IM?

      Funny, I just got it off the boards. I assumed it was a T2! Weird how things find you when you're not looking!

        How can you tell?By length of plug?I thought difference between types to be of girth.

            the length of the plug is correct. longer plug is t-1.

                Let me throw in a monkey wrench...
                I know for a fact that type 2 figures came from the factory with long necks as well.
                Never say never when it comes to Mego.
                I still have my original untouched Kirk (as well as plenty of other examples) with a long neck (and tanner skin) on a type 2 body. I don't know why. I think a bigger tip-off is the skin tone when comparing side by side. The lighter pink figures are most definitely type 1 while the darker (tanned) ones seem to be types 2s.
