Who's head is this?

Who's head is on the Peter Parker Secret Identity prototype figure in the Montgomery Ward '74 Christmas Catalog? It sure doesn't look like a Shazam head. I can't tell who it is. Can anybody else. I've been planning on making one for my Spidey collection, but don't want to use the wrong head. So, who is he? Any guesses?

I think it's just a type-1 Shazam head but the shadowing is making it look different and the hat is making you think he has larger hair in the front.

Don't forget, the t-1 Shazam head is slightly different than a t-2 Shazam head.

I agree with T1K, its type 1 Shazam..or on the outside, Supes or Bruce Wayne. I'm pretty sure Peter Burke wasnt made yet when these came out.

The burke copyright is 74. It isn't him. It sure doesn't look like shazam. Look at the sideburns and hairline. The hair looks like it has a point over the center of the left eye, and the sideburns are fat and round. The hairline down the side of the face in the photo has a line way far from the eye. The shazam head has the hair at his temple even with the side of his eye. The face looks different too. He looks like he is smiling different and his ear just shows a tiny bit. I have a shazam head right here comparing the two.

The Clark Kent S.I. kinda looks like a Shazam head as far as the hair.The P.P. could be a Superman with modified hair paint.Hard to tell by those pics.

If you enlarge the picture you can see Clark's curl detail. So The other three figures all have the right heads. The Peter head is the only mystery here.

When I looked at this pic, the head looks like Aquaman to me.

I took a better photo of the catalog picture and enlarged it on my 'puter and held the Shazam head at the same angle and got the same shadowing, closed one eye and let my vision go blurry and held the head up so it was the same size as the picture on my screen and it is indeed the Shazam head. But the hair is painted WAY different and the sideburns are painted to look a different shape. It was an accident that my vision got blurry, which led to seeing it properly, because I was looking through the one eye for so long, staring and not blinking. But it is for sure the Shazam head. It just doesn't look like it...
