Mexican figures and bootlegs

I have a boxed cornelius like this. Same space 1999 boots, same belt, same welded wrists. Body is copied off a mego t1 but shrunk down the figure only stands maybe 6 inches. There is no company info on the box or any writing for that matter. Also the clothes are sewn on to the figure, not removable.

I've seen captain kirk, batman, and the guy in white palitoy owns (forgot the characters name). Seeing they made thor I bet there could be tons of different characters out there yet to be found.
