Were any of the 1st series Trek Aliens produced with type 1 metal rivet bodies? I think by the time they were produced Mego was using only type 2 bodies, but not 100% sure. Thought I'd see if anyone else knew.

According to the galleries they are all T2 only."I should say I`m very much cleverer than any of the people who put me here. As a matter of fact, I could leave any time I wanted. It`s only a doll`s house after all. Anyway, I don`t mind. I like dolls" - The Mad Hatter, Arkham Asylum. -

I'm 99% sure they were all T2. Since the first series Aliens were all on different color bodies (Neptunian = Green, Cheron = Black, Gorn = Brown, Keeper = Blue), I would think if any had ever appeared someone here would really have noticed.Nostalgia just ain’t what it used to be.Comment

By toyfair '75 the crew was already developed (and possibly on shelves) but if you watch the toyfair reel (which is on the mego commercials volume 1 disk) you can see the first wave Aliens were just rough hand made items. They likely didn't see release until late 75 and were all on type 2 bodies.Places to find PlaidStallions online: https://linktr.ee/Plaidstallions

I ask because i remember seeing a loose Gorn once on Ebay with a type 1 brown body. I thought then the body probably came from AJ or POTA.Comment
