I'm not sure how many there are total, but I found two incomplete MMs at a Flea Market in Wichita, Kansas in 1997. At the time I picked them up thinking that the heads were actually RC Bats head ad body in a POTA or AJ jumpsuit. One had the white belt and a standard AJ silver helmet, where the other had neither (which is interesting but means little since they were loose and among a pile of partial figures and parts). I bought the entire lot of parts for $15 and considered myself a genius for getting a cheap RCB head.
About 6 years later, this subject popped up on here and I saw it and spit out my tea. I ran for the parts bin and the head, the body, the jumpsuit, and the boots all matched up. I never was able to track down an original helmet though.
