Speckled Lizard Skin Tunic ?

Is this a speckled lizard skin tunic?Its different from the other lizard skins i have but i'm not sure if this is what is considered a speckled one.Thanks.

My original childhood soldier has that tunic.
Looks speckled to me.

Ok, Thanks i wasn't real sure because the Gallery says it has silver speckles embeded in it.The tunic is alot darker blue in hand and the speckles dont look silver.That pic was taken with a flash and for some reason it appears lighter and the speckles look silver.

Well it does look like something is spilled on it (spots, etc) but I can see sparklies in the blue..

This is alot closer to what it actually looks like,this one taken at same time without flash.It was a little dusty so i wiped it off,it looked clean until i took the pic with flash,thats when you could see the brown spots.This pic makes it look black but it is actually a very dark blue and the speckles dont stick out as much as they did with flash.

The specs look like little air bubbles got in when they made the cloth.
