AJ error

Reckon this was an original factory error? The body is in very good condition and seems to have never been restrung. Has a right and left hand but two left arms.

did you get him naked like that? Chances are someone just did a good job restringing him but did not have all the right parts

yeah i got him with some clothing on, but not AJ. the cord inside him doesn't look that new, but on second thought, i guess he could have been restrung years ago at some point.

I have had a couple of AJs with oddities like that, and recently had a t1 ape with the correct arm, but incorrect hand. I would go for the factory error, especially since he has correct hands/incorrect arms. It is too easy to mess up those early hands trying to pull them off of the forearms.

I have a western heroes body that I purchased in origonal window box, back in the day, from Zellers. I don't remeber who it was because I promptly took all the accesories and put then on an good body. Anyway its a type one body, metal rivets, with one leg thats backwards. So the knee bends forward not back. The foot still faces forward. So mego did make mistakes like this from the factory.
