Is this an error on the Dobey figure?

I just noticed that The Dobey I had for sale has 1 Ape hand,it's the left one and he's completely sealed and not tampered with. Anyone else ever seen this? and could it be worth something?

yeah i know it's no where near the Aquaman, I was just surprised when i saw it, and it would be cool if it was the only one around

I've heard of these figures having ape hands before. Mego used pretty much everything and tossed nothing. Not sure if I've heard of only one ape hand though.
