T1 Superman Satin Shorts?

After freeing 2 Megos in the wild today I noticed the Superman has the satin shorts mentioned as a varatiion in the Mego Gallery. My confusion is that the Gallery only mentions stirups version as having the satin shorts. The T1 Superman I picked up, does not have the stirups but has the bootie version.
The shorts are made of the same material as cape.


Has any one seen this before?

Yes. Superman, Batman, and Aquaman Megos have nylon shorts as well as polyster shorts.
Superman and Batman have the nylon shorts in both stirup and full leg versions.

I just got a superman with a super light blue suit and it feels more like canvas than nylon with his shorts and full legs it seems a bit odd I wonder if that is rare or not

i wouldnt say its rare its harder to find then the regular suit but not rare. i own two of the satinshort t1 supermans. mike

The satin shorts are not quite as common as the cloth, but they aren't that hard to come by. It's a pretty common early version. Now when you get into the satin shorts/stirrup suit variation, then you're moving into more rare territory, which is why it's highlighted in the Museum gallery.
