Resealing a pulled bubble

hello all...
I was recently fortunate enough to get a nice carded catwoman, with the bubble pulled and formerly resealed... it appears over time the glue has given out, and the bubble is no longer sealed to the card (though, the bubble is still sealed to the pulled graphics part of the backer card)...
so, what is the best glue/method to reattached the pulled graphics/bubble to the cardboard backer card?

Very thin layer of white Elmers glue. And when you press down on it, wipe away the excess residue immediately with a damp cloth. Hold in place til dry.

Someone I know with a lot of experience with this uses Pentel Roll 'N Glue - BLICK art materials Swears by it for this.
