Head Size?

Can anyone tell me if the heads from the 9" Flash Gordon series are the same size as the 9" Muhammad Ali heads??

Mego heads are all over the place in scale, even when looking at figures on the same body size. Ali and FG heads could live in the same universe without looking odd.
