Which Is More Rare In A Collector's View

I was wondering if a CSS is more rarer than a Removable Mask Robin. I mean even without the mask. Thanks.

To me a CSS is more rare. I base this on the fact I don't own one. I have a RM Robin with an original mask so to me between the two the CSS is harder to find. I hope to find one at FX or MegoMeet.

interesting...I would say I have passed on 10+ CSS, while I have bought one of the only2 RM robin (with real mask) that I have seen, Rudys' was the 2nd, but it went for 3 x what I paid for mine

I think the RM Robin is a lot more rare and expensive then the Spidey

I have the Removable Mask Robin without the Original Mask of course, but I don't have the CSS. I would probably say the Robin is Harder. I know it took me awhile before I found a Removable Mask Robin. I've actually seen more Spideys around

certainly you have to do what feels right to you, but if you have a complete/orignal RM robin, I will happily trade you a CSS spidey for it...but be warned, IMO, it is not a fair trade for you, as the price diff is generally about 2-3x in favor of the RM... just lmk

I do agree that a true RM Robin is harder than a CSS. I just typically believe things I don't own are hard to find until I do. I just need to find a CSS.

I think Spidey was more popular than Robin at the time as well, so there were probably more CSS made than RM Robin's. You see more RC Batman's than RM Robin's, most likely for the same reason. I have a CSS, and several RC Batmans but not a RM Robin. Maybe in June I'll solve that issue.

I would say in this order (from most rare to least rare):

1. RM Robin with the mask

2. CSS

3. RM Robin without the mask

I would also add that the CSS variations (diamond and broken suit) are more rare than a RM Robin with the mask. Try and find one of those babies

And Ric...I thought you already had a CSS (since I sold it to you). Have you already traded him away?

I think RM robin and CSS are around the same prices,depending on condition,RM robin around $350-$400 for mint examles and CSS can go to $500 easy!
