Cruddy carded or Mint Loose?

I have been considering freeing my peace belt Supergirl from her faded card for years. I think this is the year to do it. I have decided that the enjoyment I would get seeing this mint figure posed perfectly inside a modern protective case (next to Supergirl & SS Supergirl) outweighs the monetary value of keeping her in the card.

That card is pretty bad, and that head is zombied. Open it up, replace the head with a decent fleshed toned one, and have yourself a dead mint loose figure.

Thanks for the input, everyone. I didn't want to do anything stupid, but this one sounds like a no-brainer given the card's condition.

I'll be sure and snap some pics of the opening ceremonies.

i would open him i did it with a torch card that was pretty bad. i have a bad talos card i cant seem to get the cahunas to open it. mike

One of the great pleasures in life is freeing a minty-fresh Mego from an ugly card. If you bought it to keep, I'd open it. If you plan on trading it or reselling it, you probably want to keep it sealed.
