How scarce is the sewn-on-sleeve Spider-man variation?

What's the going rate for a 'mint' figure?

I have seen them on 1979 Pin Pin France carded Spideys, but (until recently) never in any other package. Has anyone seen this variation in a package other than the 79 Pin Pin?
