12 inch Superman with Vinyl Cape

Hello everyone,
just going through some Megos I had lying around, and came across a 12 inch superman dc comics head with a vinyl cape~ Just wanted to see if it was a real variant, or did alot them come that way~ Sure it's no big deal and I doubt most would care, but I found it interesting~ Here's some pics~

THat's the Palitoy movie version I think. I'd LOVE to have that one in my collection. Since the 8-inch had vinyl I suppose this would also. Very cool figure. You'd have to consult the Mego sages here for a definitive answer, but I'm guess the cape is standard issue.

TWELVE INCH SUPERMAN

This is theComic version of the 12 inch Superman, much different from the version done as a tie in to the movie.

This figure was created specifically for the Canadian distributor Parkdale Novelty and was also sold in the UK, France and Italy. Harbert boxed Superman figures are the easiest to find although this figure remains scare MIB.

Removable boots, plastic embedded insignia (not a sticker) and each has one hand that points! The Movie Superman has a buff chest and different head, which was common of nearly all of the 12" releases in the US.

Hi everyone,
Thank you for replies, I have never seen a 12 inch superman with a vinyl cape either~ I have had a few offers to buy this item, and I am sorry, but I am going to list it on e-bay with a starting bid of $100.00~ I never intended to try and sell the Superman through here, I just never saw a 12" inch Vinyl cape superman either, and I just wanted to get some infomation on the cape~

I was aware of the basic information, but I did not know how common or uncommon a vinyl cape is, and to be honest with you guys I really still don't know~
