I have always wondered what excatly Dinah is. Is she a detective? Or just a girl like Barbie who happens to have a huge wardrobe of odd cloths. I think the jumpsuite might have been a spy type suite and the rest of her cloths to be used to undercover work. I just was wondering if anyone knew or had ideas on her.

I'm pretty sure she was just a take-off on the Barbie line, just MEGO style...
I don't think the jumpsuit is anything to do with spy work... I think they decked her out in a jumper because her male counterpart A/J came in one, plus jumpsuits were easy to make so it'd be a good outfit to dress stock figures in (therefore making people want to buy the accessory outfits).

Well The Bell bottom pants / jump suit was popular around 70-72 .
Plaid stallions actually showed a clothing catalog Pic of a similar suit worn by a model.
She was megos anwser to Barbie, it failed, do to her size not being compatible with that matel line.Comment
