    Help identifying a figure???

I'm happy to have find you guys and I hope you can help me. Is this a Mego figure (it has no marks in the back)? If so, who is he??? If he's not a Mego, what is he than??
I'll add a photo and some link to more photos. Thanks a bunch in advance!!! Luc/vartinnaa
P.S. I'm from Canada, so it might be specific to our market but I doubt it! In any line of toy we either had the american line of product or the european version.

    Looks likes this head...

    On a Rainfall body...
    "Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn"

In the Southeast Pacific, lies the sunken city of R'Leyh. There lies C'thulhu waits to return to our world with the other Great Old Ones. A hideous creature of enormous size and alien power, it waits for it's time to return patiently. For it has all the time in the world while it waits for the stars.

It's not a Mego. It's a knockoff Ninja figure. I don't remember the details but the company that made it used the LJN SWAT Hondo head and body molds and put those special sandal feet on him. I guess because ninja's wear sandals? Who knows. I have one of them, just because I'm a SWAT fan and like the idea of having a Ninja Hondo.

I remember those guys, they came out around 1986 or 87, there were tons of them at my local Bi-Way store.

I bought it just because it was Mego-esque.
