I was thinking the same thing when I first read the story. Two great minds think a like.

That's really cool! Though I don't know if I could keep toys that long w/o playing w/ them!

Hmmmm...This has me thinking. I have original mint figures in their original minty packages......Of course I bought them off of others so I suppose that doesn't count. Hey! Someone kept em in good shape all of these years so I could buy them.

Every time I see something like this I want to make a voodoo doll of my stepfather at the time. (1979)
We moved across country then and I had to get rid of almost all of my toys. My sister and I were only allowed to keep one box each (but I cheated and hid my POTA Megos, action stallion and a few other small items in between my clothes). I'm sure they sold most at a garage sale but I had to give most of my GI Joe and Mego stuff to my best friend and cousin.
The main thing I am coming to is that I was an anal geek back then too. I saved ALL the boxes and stuff and I even displayed them on shelves. I distinctly remember the Action Stallion box on my dresser. Then I had to throw them all away!!
I know for a fact that I would still have all this stuff if I never had moved across the country.
                  GRRRRRR!!!!

Man, I must be getting really cynical. When the guy's name turned out to be A.J. I was convinced both my legs were being pulled.

It is a nice stash though.
