Well it is a decent bat cowl and a Lincoln Dracula head, it's worth a couple of bucks. I just hope none of the bidders think it's an authentic prototype.

I don't see where it says the cowl is included. It may be just the head. Cowl may only be there for reference in size which he refers to in the description.

this is an original prototype head for the batman removable cowl figure and as you can see they originally made the area around the eyes blue to match the cowl . it is the exact same size as the production figure head

What you guys don't know is DC was trying to stay relevant in the early 70s, and had Neal Adams and Denny O'Neil develop some new Batman stories where Bruce Wayne became a glam rocker ala Bowie. Clearly, this Batman was a joint effort between DC editorial and Mego that never quite made it off the ground.
