Yippeee! Lookie what I just won!

Restarting the thread created by HardyGirl...

The mail just arrived today, delivering both of these new additions to my growing mego "Bat-family"

I'm now the proud poppa of the next best thing to having all-original, minty Batman and Robin megos...Batman and Joker!

...one of the greatest joys, sniff, I have ever known

Wow! Those look pretty sharp for loose figures. No fade on Joker's Jacket or Batman's cape.

Yes, and in my experience, jokers head almost always has some hair rubs. I can't tell if it is rubbed slightly or is from the lighting. Either way good score. Bats is one of my favorite Megos - always has been.

No, there's zero paint rubs on Jokers hair, it's my camera's flash.

These guys look like they just came out of the package in 1974!

I'm so stoked, I waited and waited to buy these two, until I found all original, minty ones

I love that I can share my extreme excitement of getting them with everyone here at the Musuem. This website rules!

Loose, minty figures totally rock!!! There's nothing like holding a figure that looks like it just was released with waft of godd ol' 1974 air.

Batman $95 (buy it now. Seller wanted $115 and accepted my best offer)
                Joker $78 (in ebay auction)

I don't know if I overpaid, but I don't care if I did, they are worth every penny to me to have them in this condition loose

well that depends on you,if you think it's worth it that's all that counts I don't know if I would've paid $95 for a loose Bats though

Well, I went through the live.com Cashback PayPal rebate promotion when I did the Buy It Now, so unless submitting a best offer cancels that out, I should be getting an additional 25% cashback in my PayPal account in 60 days. That would make it about $70 that I paid for bats.

                    still stoked

Same here. I paid about $100 for a mint loose RC Batman and less than $30 for a mint loose T-2 Batman. Although the T-2 did have a repro cape and emblem.

Yeah, no repro parts on this one, that's why I was willing to go that high. Paid a little more on some, and less on others, I think it all balances out in the end. The important thing is to be completely happy with the purchase

really $95 for a 100% original Bat's isn't too bad ... I've seen them with repro capes, emblems and gloves hit the $50 mark, and I've seen just a pair of original gloves hit $25 ish .... For that batman I think the price was fair ... yeah a bit more time, maybe could have got one for less ... but this way you don't have to wait

Very nice set of megos congrats
