By `typecast` I mean the Mego that really can't pretend to be anyone else other than him/herself.

I am going to offer General Urko (helmeted) - after all a monkey in a helmet really can't be anything more than a monkey in a helmet can it?

Spidey. With Batman you could pretend he was Wildcat or a little paint and be Black Panther or even a low-rent Daredevil. Spider-Man's no features head and etched webs made him Spidey and ONLY Spidey.
