    SDCC 2008, meeting Benjamin H

    hello all...
    no doubt, most of you longer time members know the "great" one Benjamin, and followed his book from start to finish... unfortunately for me, I just was able to start collecting mego's again (for the 3rd time) end of last year, and only found these boards a few months ago...but, I was fortunate to meet and hang with Benjamin a bit in SD this past week...

    my son is a huge mego fan (5 going on 6 years old) and so I had to get BH to sign a copy of his book for him (will post pic shortly)...

    here is a shot my wife was kind enough to take... it was great talking with BH, and the work he did on the book was phenominal!

              One of the many great things about Benjamin was how he involved, and continues to involve, the Mego community as he added the treasure that is 'World's Greatest Toys' to our world. He truly shares his passion and I think both he and his book show it.
              WANTED - Solid-Boxed WGSH's, C.8 or better.

                                                      Benjamin once entertained dozens of men in my hotel suite in West Virginia, late into the night, so that doesn't surprise me. Wait, that didn't sound right.
