I don't know about this site but I found a site once that had Megos basically half price. I can't remember if there was a mention of ZLC in some way or if it just looked like ZLC. I think both maybe.
I did some searching about the site and I found it seemed to be completely bogus. So I'm very cautious when something looks too good. Not saying this is. It just prompted me to share this cautious tale.
I just looked at this site and the prices are around 20 so maybe it was just a really good sell, cool too bad I missed it.

Master Replicas is a legit company, they bought out the remaining stock from Eagle Moss, all of those die-cast models and subscription based stuff. I happen to be on their mailing list, and got this and thought it was interesting.

I'm glad it wasn't like that site I was talking about. I wish I could remember it's name. I went searching for it and couldn't find it. Which is good that it's gone.
