Looks like the Talosian from the original series, but says Strange New Worlds on the package. Is that how they look in the new series? I don't watch it...

They only appeared on SNW in flashes and I don't watch Discovery, so I'm not certain, it is a nice figure.

To answer your other question, I can see the paint on the head, so it's a prototype for certain.

To further complicate it, a TOS Talosian (along with Jeffrey Hunter's Pike) appeared in a flashback on Discovery

That looks amazing, can't wait to get one. And the Talosians looked a little different in nu Trek. This one is definitely TOS.

I really like this figure, but the card art can throw some people off, might just be better if the card art was done as TOS.

Some folks might not know that the Talosians in the pilot episode and the two part Menagerie episode were all played by women actresses.
