Could Mego do Comic Action/Pocket Heroes?

I was wondering if Mego's retail license would allow for the Comic Action scale?

The size would put them below the Spin Master figures and a retro collector line would be more like what Super7 does with licenses.

I think it would be fun to see them reissued with maybe a bit more paint and a few sculpt fixes, like sleeves on Robin. Overall the sculpts were really nice often just hurt by a lack of paint. New figures in the style like Riddler, Flash and Batgirl would also be pretty cool.
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

    I'm all for this!

Was looking at these and the o-ring figures just the other day and thinking how nice it would be to have an affordable 3-3/4" Mego line to collect. Always liked that the heads were molded in color and had all the detail sculpted in, rather than relying on sloppy paintjobs. (That didn't do Wonder Woman any favors though!)

A new exploding bridge playset would be welcome too!

Licenses are pretty specific these days. I assume Mego would have to negotiate an entirely new agreement for CA or PH scale. But I'm sure there are others who could more authoritatively comment than me.
      WANTED - Solid-Boxed WGSH's, C.8 or better.

I'd welcome reissued and new Pocket heroes, but not at the expense of 8" figures. Besides, some of what I'm seeing for the 50th line gives me pause, and Mego hasn't yet worked out the bugs in the "new" bandless body.
WANTED: Dick Grayson SI trousers; gray AJ Mustang horse; vintage RC Batman (Bruce Wayne) head; minty Wolfman tights; mint Black Knight sword; minty Launcelot boots; Lion Rock (pale) Dracula & Mummy heads; Lion Rock Franky squared boots; Wayne Foundation blue furniture; Flash Gordon/Ming (10") unbroken holsters; CHiPs gloved arms; POTA T2 tan body; CTVT/vintage Friar Tuck robes, BBP TZ Burgess Meredith glasses.

The bugs in the body are a major downer. I haven't bought any of the latest wave because of it. I'll wait for them to go on sale.

It's these faults that makes this line so desirable to me.

i seem to recall that when Mego was relaunched in 2018 it was mentioned they would be doing this scale again. but then nothing ever seemed to come of it

FTC said they were going to do them at one time, but nothing ever came of it.

With all the 3.75" Boutique figures out there, it seems like a missed opportunity.

I would also be interested in a 3.75" line but only if they were at a $10 price range. Maybe I'm being unrealistic, though.

Mego might have to check with Spin Masters since they have been making 3 .75 " DC figures the last few years. Mcfarlane even wen't to 2" figures for page punchers with comic book .

A line of 3.75" figures in the style of the Comic Action Heroes would be awesome.
Reissues of the original figures, plus characters that never got produced.
                        We can dream, I guess.

ReAction seems to have the format down pat. For Pocket Heroes, I wonder if Mego could partner with or sub-license to Super 7 as other companies have done.

I know it's kind of splitting hairs but Spinmaster's figures are 4 inch. Funko and Mezco did some retro Batman 66 figures in 3 3/4 inch scale so I do think there is room for it considering how thin licenses get sliced these days.
