I had no idea these bodies were reused from Japanese toys. Considering the entire Micronauts line essentially is, I don't know why I'm surprised, but I was! Fascinating story. Great retrospective!

i only had Karza and Force Commander but that was such a cool and imaginative line.

Also never knew the origins of the body. I do have Karza and FC as well as the horses from back in the day, and got the re-dos of the non-US figures that Palisades made. I was so disappointed when that re-birth fell flat thanks to QC issues; I got all the different versions of the aliens they made.
