The MEGO 8 inch scaled BATCAVE Playset was a huge oversight!

It certainly deserved to be on that list more than some of the ones that made it.

Yeah, I get a lot of this kind of feedback, I totally understand that certain playsets are always somebody's favourites. It's not like what i write is the final say or anything, it's a fun article written in what I hope was an objective opinion. In the end, it's still just my stupid opinion.

If I was writing this for Plaidstallions, I wouldn't have included anything past 1980, if I wrote it for here, well I imagine it would include everything but the Walton's farmhouse. Just rest assured that the specific playset you mentioned? That was number 11.

I think they're good pics,I probably would've put the Ewok Village instead of the Droid factory and maybe add the Eternia playset somewhere in there

You know, I just now realize that I never owned a single playset as a kid. Plenty of various action figures, some vehicles, but not one damn playset! Thanks Mom and Dad!

Brian, thanks for finally settling once and for all the 10 best playsets. I suggest it be written in stone and enshrined in the Constitution.

I actually think the sets you mentioned blow the Batcave away! The cave was a huge favorite when I was a kid and it easily got more play than my Wayne Foundation of Trek Bridge (although I did somehow work the transporter into my Bat-adventures).

The only other sets that come to mind for a couple of the Fisher Price Little People playsets. They were younger but I really dug the Garage, Airport and the Sesame Clubhouse. Come to think of it, I'd put that garage in the top 5!
                        WANTED - Solid-Boxed WGSH's, C.8 or better.

I'll reserve that for my next opus, "The Top Ten Fattest Action Figures".

I left them out because I think they deserve their own piece, I love Fisher Price.
