This is the best Mego news by far. I wonder if we will get the unreleased Mattel Retro Action Robin, Supergirl, Spectre, and Dr. Fate we saw years ago....
I post in thy general direction!

The three retailers I'd like to see these new DC figures at would be.
1.target -collectible area with neca.funko etc
2.walmart -collectible spot as well .if they have one.
      3.thinkgeek /GameStop.
4.walgreens -they do exclusive figures now and then..

I hope we get the classic golden age justice society of America.

so this top secret stuff is killing me.
I think the deal itself with the scale in place is finalized (the scale is doubtless a critical part of said deal). What's not finalized is the usual, line-up of characters, final look and costumes, etc. The retail partners may or may not be set in stone (they seemed to think one of the four secret outlets might be sort of on the fence), but I don't see the whole thing falling through or anything. I can't see them announcing something so big without being pretty sure the ducks are all lined up in a nice row.

I really hope Target is on board for DC and future upcoming Megos. They are my "go-to" brick and mortar store. I pre-order a ton of stuff online, but I'm a sucker for in-person impulse buys. Target is my largest retailer in Los Angeles, Wal Marts are spread very thin and are less than pleasant places to go to with poorly stocked shelves. I think the best thing Mego can do is take back the unsold Target stock, and aside from 2-packs, everything is Brady Bunch, Charlies Angels etc left behind, not a single genre figure available(no Trek, no monsters, no KISS), just generic humans. Now that their new focus is more genre plus with the bandless bodies with upgraded articulation, I think they have an even better chance of capturing the interest of younger generations.

Hey this is Count Stankus! All of the DC figures were moc ups and still subject to approval. The only part of the Wonder Woman figure was the they used the outfit from the Mattel Retro Action Dc Super Heroes. We all have to sit back and see the final out come of these new DC 8" MEGO figures. I am sure MEGO will have all new original clothes!

Here are the following DC Comics 8"action figures I hope to see from mego corporation at some point:
reproductions of the original dc comics action figures from the 1970s
the golden age justice society of America
the bronze age justice league of America
