Are you a Mego head if everytime you go to a new grocery, toy, thrift or five and dime store the first thing you do is look for 8" scale figures or related items?

Funny you mention that. Every time I go to any store I look for 8" scale figures and accessories. My wife hates it, but she pretends not to mind.

It's really tough for me as well when my 2 year old son gets a new toy and I start checking out the 8" scale accessories and start making plans to take them. Then I take them and have to buy him more toys to make up for it. Reminds me of some Alice Cooper lyrics...

"I'd give him (sic) back all of his playthings...even the ones I stole..."

I would kinda thought that anyone else present would have been most relieved to find that it was just a POTA toy. . .when you consider the alternatives a lump like that could have been!!!
