I knew this at the time of order but like I said when my first order never came was no longer wanting to wait for the second. Thanks for the refund and dealing with this. As long as you keep your word about the other, I wont bring it up again.
You know, I got home less than two hours ago. I haven't unpacked, spent time with my wife, played with my son. I'm going to go do that now.

Why dont you send me a bunch of stuff and Ill pay ya someday for it. Might be a few months but I will get around to doing it. Or hey go to your local store and buy something and then when you leave set the cart there and let it set for a few months then maybe go get it. I am not a jerk I just wanted like anyone does what I paid for and if not a reply to my emails. Joe has now done what I asked him to do and its over but you seam to want it to go on. why? I would like a refund on that crappy pizza from Domino's that made me vomit my guts inside out like an idiot for 2 days.
I would like a refund on anything I ever bought that broke right away or didn't work.
I would like a refund from Direct TV for lying to me, poorly installing my equipment, and for being general POS's that they are.
I would like a refund for "The Phantom Menace."
also, I would like a refund from my prom date for not putting out.

Come on people, all the guy wanted was to be treated as a valued customer, or have his money back. despite his methods, he wasn't unreasonable. we all expect the same no matter where we go, or how much money we spend.
Oh, and for the record I was never even close to deleting Mr. Havoc. I was just frustrated and made a play on words. I've never deleted anyone, or even banned them, so it was a silly thing to say, and I apologize for it.
