Ahhh.....the eye melt I've read about....
Ok, so in essence, if I'm patient and or lucky I can find one that has both eyes kinda level...
Thanks for the help all...and if anyone has one of these, please hit me up with what you'd be asking for the head...I'd buy the whole figure as well if the price is right.

I don't think the eye melt has anything to do with the eyes being level. I'm looking at two vintage Dracula's right now. On both, his left eye seems slightly higher on the face than the right. I wonder if some of the photos that you've seen were taken at just the right angle to make it look like the eyes are level. They aren't off by much, so I could see how it's might be possible for the angle of the photo to be misleading.
