Decker is the hardest to get (I'm looking, he's the only one I need in the set, so I know!
). Klingon is kind of tough, but the Arcturian turns up fairly often. His price is all over the place though. I picked a decent boxed one up last year for about 13 bucks including shipping, but sometimes he goes for quite a bit more. I don't know why there is such a big range for him. Of course, Ilia is usally the dirt cheap one in the set, but I paid more for her than my Arcturian.

I seen a MIB 12" Arcturian at a dirt mall last year.
It was price at $15.00
Unfortunately I had already spent my fun money that day.
It was either a MIB 12" Arcturian or a steak sandwich with fries and a soda.

I would have went with the Arcturian and tried to find some gum or tic-tacs in the glove compartment to hold me off until I got home.
