Top Ten Most Blatant Star Wars Rip Offs

Topless Robot - The 10 Most Blatant Star Wars Toy Rip-Offs of the '70s

All abuse is done out for comedic benefit I assure you and before you crucify me, remember I have a large Black Hole and BSG collection and I had a crappy Star Sword as a kid.

Oddly, this article just makes me want to go to talk into a fan. Haven't done that for years

A friend had some Starroid Raiders and I hated them. I didn't want them around my Star Wars figures because I was afraid the crappiness would rub off on my Stormtroopers some how.

Knew Galactica would be in there ...but isn't the ray gun a rip off of the Galactica gun? A rip off of a rip off if you like

Heh, that's funny. You can't fool kids. I remember only picking up knock off toys like this when I had begged for something else I really wanted without success and had to settle for something cheap or nothing at all.

I did really love my Star Sword and Space Shield, mostly because of the Shield.

I think I had all of them at one point or another - my parents must have been the King and Queen of cheap.

Very funny piece! Darth Vader's genitals indeed...

Making carrying cases is a bottom feeder way of getting some sweet toy money; all it takes is a plastic box, a handle and an illustration that implies the hit property without implying it so exactly it becomes lawsuit worthy.

And that's how Dida Displays was born...

Whoops, I think I got my wires crossed, Star Hawk was a comic strip.
