I'm very excited to say after searching for over ten years I found one. I had really given up hope. Just now I accidentally hit on a old saved search for it and there it was with a BIN. Can't wait to see it. It's been a while since I've asked but does anyone else have one?

years back, I bought the original artwork for the cover,
but sadly, it was damaged in shipping and I had to turn it in to file a claim with the USPS.
I like it think it's sitting in a giant warehouse, rather than being destroyed.
