You cannot imagine how exited I was when I first saw pictures of this new catalogue that I got recently 
It's a catalogue from German distributor Schildkröt from 1977 that includes a few pages
with pictures of the GESTERN WAR'S line (Mego/Lion Rock WWII figures).

These old catalogues are really interesting because of the prototypes / mockups, and there's a lot of them here.
The boxes have English language text on them.
I assume they are prototype "Johnny Action" boxes, but with a GESTERN WAR'S logo on them
(and the logo is an early version too; the small text "Serie 1" is missing):

The small booklet shown in front of the box is a prototype too.
Ironically it has pictures of the U.S. Paratrooper and Seabee , two of the figures that weren't released in Germany...
And the "Sammelalbum" is a prototype / mockup too. Looks like it was handmade (with a felt tip pen)
