Good video. I think it about covers all there is to say about this very good line. I may have to dig mine out and display them, they've been on hiatus for quite a while now.

Nice film, interesting to hear the case assortment. The Merry Men are perhaps my favorite Mego "legends" set, just beautiful figures with great accessories. No-one who has seen or held originals will be happy with CTVT ones IMO. Thank you for adding the overview to the video library.

Edit: I had to rewatch this, something about the Merry Men just makes, me, well, merry.

That was very enjoyable, too bad Mego didn't add the Sheriff of Nottingham and Price John to the line up,
Robin didn't have any enemies to fight.

Not suprised that the line was more popular in the U.K. since Robin Hood did originate from England.

I've been fussing around with addition ideas for years: The Sheriff, Prince John, a Pikesman, the Bishop of Hereford, Guy of Gisbourne, Maid Marian, Alan a Dale, Much the Miller's Son. Not doing the Sheriff seems a glaring oversight and I've seen some wonderful versions using Ivanhoe's head. I think it was megojim who did a Megomeet exclusive thusly several years ago.

That was SO well done! Great work guys. I absolutely love these. It's so nice to get a video profile with historical relevance.

I never saw these as a kid. I certainly had he Star Trek and WOrld's Greatest Super-Heroes, and a Planet of the Apes figure, and saw things like Starsky & Hutch, CHiPs and Dukes of Hazard in stores but never had them, but these Legends figures (Robin, Knights, Pirates) were a new discovery for me when I discovered the Mego Museum. I appreciate the videos as they are interesting and informative.
