Yes indeed...just wait until they come out of their packages! Don't worry; the bubbles are already cut, broken, or opened.

Incidentally, I can now see how so many people effed up their Transporter stickers...that thing is a beast to get right!

I love to see them released. I'd like to put Spock in the transporter and give it a few spins, I still remember that yellow and black swirl spinning around in a blur.

The Enterprise seems to have finally gained a second transporter, and a gunner station. The Gorn thinks he's in the Captain's chair, but Kirk knows better. Mugato's menacing The Neptunian, who's scared to death, while The Keeper obviously has better things to do. The Romulan is asking Klingon why The Gorn seems to have his exact wardrobe ensemble going on. Klingon says, "We don't talk about it."

I love these toys! Sadly, The Gorn's knee appears to be broken, so it looks like I'm going to have to repair him. However, with my bag of Dr. Mego's knee joint pins it should be no problem. Mugato and Andorian have already recovered from their highly successful double knee surgeries and are good as new. Maybe better. The only one missing from the party here is Talos, but nobody likes him so he wasn't invited. Plus, everybody's tired of his telepathic party tricks anyway.

Also, Mission to Gamma VI is missing from the action. The box is there, but sadly it contains no Mission playset. But what a box, eh? So if you know anyone with a nice clean, complete Mission to Gamma VI...

Such a great looking set, thanks for sharing the pics. I like that purple and black the stand alone transporter has going on with the stickers, I never realized they were different. I may have to get me a couple Alien figures, I've had most of the crew in my collection at one time or another but never any of the aliens.

My Mego Enterprise got played with so much that it got retired by my parents in the late 70's... I still have my Spock and McCoy, Kirk didn't make it I guess. I have a replacement boxed Enterprise on my shelf, but it came with the yellow console like yours, I need to find a blue one like my original one had.

Absolutely! The way I look at it is: these are my lost birthday/Christmas presents I asked for over 40 years ago and never got. Now I finally get to open and play with them!

Yeah, that's the one thing I'm missing: playmates! So you're all invited over for milk and cookies and Mego Star Trek adventures. Mom says it's okay; just don't track mud in the house.

Those Enterprise playsets were pretty sturdy, considering how many of them survived up to now. But I imagine there's a limit to what they can take.

Between the two color variations, I'm glad I got this one for variety's sake...plus, I like the console being yellow and particularly like the stools being black. The previous one I picked up about 10 years ago had the blue set, although it was incomplete.

Now I have to decide if I want to break out the EMCE exclusive Star Trek guys (Sulu, Chekhov, Khan, More Accurate Gorn, Salt Vampire, Pike, Mirror Kirk & Spock) and let them join the fun...
