Spanish Mego Ad with Lopez Espi Art...

I am a huge fan of Lopez Espi. Just found this ad from Foreign Mego site and also here in the museum archive. Don't know if a thread has been done about this:

The last image being my favorite of the 3. Lopez Espi might be familiar to some Mego Heads in the UK because he did some AMAZING posters for Marvel UK that you could order thought Mighty World Of Marvel and other Marvel UK reprint issues. I never knew that he had done Apes, Dracula, and ANY DC characters. Just found this pretty cool. If anyone has has any of these ads please let me know. I want a color copies of them

Great stuff, it's awesome seeing the superheroes and monsters together like that.

I've managed to get one of the British posters from the early 70's that he did:

Like I said, the Marvel stuff I had seen before but I've never seen his take on DC or movie related stuff.

Gorgeous stuff! I'm always amazed at how the UK market embraced painted super heroes more readily before we did in the states.

Has a boxed example of any of these characters ever surfaced? To my recollection.... No. Assuming they were packaged in uniquely marked packaging, I find it hard to believe none survived. Would so love to see a soldier ape in EL SIMIO packaging.
