A little past my time, but my younger half brother and sister wore these. My little brother used his Superman underoos as his Halloween costume 3 years in a row. (w/ a homemade cape, my little sister's tights and red rain boots). If memory serves my brother had Superman, Batman,Spider-Man, E.T. and The Hulk. My younger sister had Batgirl and Barbie I think.

I had Batman, Suoerman and Spider-Man.
At some point, we cut the batman emblem out of the t-shirt and my grandmother sewed it into a grey sweatshirt. With that I added grey sweatpants and the Batman underwear with a blue cape and a rubber Batman mask for a Halloween costume.
Around 1982, I put the Suoerman t-shirt on our white dog, while in the house. Unfortunately, she ran out of the door and proceeded to run around the neighborhood for a couple of hours in that shirt before we could wrangle her and get her back to the house. Snowball became Superdog that Saturday.

I had those Robin Underoos too as a child. Wore them both in the house and in the yard. Shamelessly as well. I remember wishing they had the yellow cape!
I also had Batman and Spiderman. I thought Wonder Woman was cool (tv show period) but she only came in girls option!Last edited by SWBL5252; Mar 15, '16, 3:27 PM.Comment
