I think it was at the Toycon back in April? I definitely saw a big wrestling ring around the area where the swimming pool is. I don't know how long it's been happening, I can't say that I'm exactly a fan.

I was told last time that Steve, the organizer of the Burlington shows, participates in the wrestling matches.

Makes sense to me if they are doubling up your venue with both a toy show and a wrestling match to save costs. I've noticed it's become a trend in smaller toy shows/comic cons in Southern Ontario lately.

Unfortunately I won't be able to make it to this show. Other obligations and such.

My participation in toy shows this year has been absolutely abysmal. The stars are just not lining up in my favour.

I realized when setting up for the September show that it was the first one I had set up at in well over a year. It's amazing how stuff gets in the way.

The Mego North Exclusive is the previously mentioned Igor from Frightenstein. I did six of these in sold boxes and they will be sold on a first come/first serve basis at my table when doors open.

HUGE shoutout to cjefferys, brazoo, palitoy Jr, haggis and his wife, boynightwing, Rupe and family, Dave P and family, Dave J, everyone else who stopped by to say howdy, and most of all my usual partner in crime Brian/Palitoy for another awesome day. You folks are terrific company and I enjoyed this a great deal. Time just flew by when you are having fun and 3:00 just kind of snuck up on me. I really needed a day like today, so thanks to each and every one of you.
