    Blood in the water...newbie alert

I've been around for a short while, just not here if that makes sense. I have recently rediscovered the joy of Megos and all the other mid 70's toys I had growing up and am searching to replace those I lost or broke. I wanted to join a few boards and communities who share that same passion. I do not have a large collection yet, and it may not ever get to be large. I'm very picky about the figures I like and want and am not a completist in any way.

I'm also a huge fan of customizing and have dabbled in it recently. I really enjoy seeing people's vision for their figures and the love they obviously put into their work. I'll post a couple of mine sometime for you guys to look(or laugh)at.

    My favorite toy lines:

    WGSH
    Starsky and Hutch
    Big Jim/P.A.C.K.
    Super Joe
    Flash Gordon

I'll stop there as I'm sure nobody is interested in a biography at this point. Bottom line is I'm excited to finally join this forum and I hope to meet quite a few of you in June. Shout out to Dave Mc. and BlackKnight for recommending this site.

I almost had a psychic girlfriend but she dumped me before we met.

If anyone here believes in psychokinesis, please raise my hand.

Welcome aboard Scott. Doesn't matter if your collection is big or small, we're all the same here and everyone's treated the same.
And you're a customizer too, eh? Well, you're gonna love the Customs Forums then, also check out Customego for tips and tricks. I'm looking forward to seeing some of your work

Welcome Scott....SuperJoe & Big Jim have always been favorites of mine as well. Growing up, I always had the war between A-Team vs P.A.C.K between these two.

Welcome aboard and like Thomas said it doesn't matter on the size of your megos but how you use them....

Hi Scott Welcome to the Forum.
Lo there do I see my Father.
Lo there do I see my Mother and my Sisters and my Brothers.
Lo there do I see the line of my people back to the begining.
                      Lo they do call me.
They bid me take my place among them.

Welcome, I spent my early mego years in Oxford, not too far from you. Been to Cincinnati and the Cin-Zoo many times. Have a blast on the forum. Some of these guys have a great knowledge of toys that is useful for ID and/or missing parts. If you have questions don't hesitate to ask. It's really a great resource, and a lot of fun as well.
