I wasn't sure what forum to put this in, so I thought I would just ask here. What can I buy that is good for fusing torn vinyl back together? Let's say I have a vinyl head, where the neck plug is 80% torn off, what material is best at repairing the tear, and I can then reinsert the head into the body again?

I don't think the vinyl will reattach to itself. Tear it off, shove a dowel into the head, and insert into neck hole. -
I wouldnt do this now of course ,but as a kid 40 years ago i would use an old beat up mego head,cut it down a bit and squeeze it into
the ripped head neck hole .When you played outside in the sun ,they would get soft and ripped off.but it really only worked to save
my apes .i wish i had a practical answer.but as a kid i was a good mego fixer,i still have my megos from back then,and even though
they are beat up,their intacted.Comment
