Type 1 or type 2?

Do you prefer your mego to be type1 or type 2?Upon a closer look at mine,I now realize most of mine are type 2.No paticular reason ,just more common maybe,but thery look better as a type 2 I think.WF07

I love the look of T1 but I collect both. Though upon checking I do have probably 80% T1. So maybe I have been unknowingly collecting T1 more. Now I kind of want to get some more T1 bodies for the other guys

T2. However I have been getting a few loose T1's lately,.. & have a new found love for them I never had before.

T1s are the most deeply embedded in my heart. Truthfully, I never really had T2s. I have a bunch of both now.

I like the T2s because they are more easily repairable. In my limited opinion, neither one is really beefy enough for the WGSH line but they are true Mego so no complaints. I think either type is good for most of the other lines, like Trek, Apes, Oz, and regular puny humans. I always liked the hulk and thing bodies, except for the height. Hulk is one of my favorites. Maybe people tend to prefer the ones they had the most of as a kid. I was a little young for the T1s and had mostly t2s.

I like the muscular look of the T2 body but love the T1s because that's mostly what I had as a kid so I guess I like both equally.

T-2's all the way I really don't care for the look of T-1's at all.

I trade off all of my T1 bodies for T2's unless of coarse a figure only came in a T1 then I try to keep it T1 .........Plus I hate it when T1 bodies legs always do a split ...... Roy

Spread eagle Type 1! Love how they stand with the legs separated and the metal rivets shining! All my vintage figures are Type 1. They were the first for heroes, and they are what I remember as a kid.

type 1 to me are megos! brings back memories of my figures from my childhood. but i have both type 1 and type 2 figures.

T1 because they are real human sculpt (skiny human, I'm more t1 penguin body) Unless your part of the WWE your not built like a T2.

I prefer the T0 body on my AJs. No metal anywhere. Yeah, skinny human body. Very realistic, actually.
I think I had a T1 Batman as a kid & vaguely remember the metal rivets.

I now realize that I had an AHI Frankenstein as a kid....it wasn't even a Mego!

Type 1 plastic joints are the best and the ones I remember on my AJs.
