Ok, let's break it down:

1. Scarecrow...that's a given. Probably will be a new head, but same body as the batman wave 4 scarecrow.
FTC turns a quick buck.

2. Manta? What Black Manta is no longer acceptable? Easy figure to push out, quick buck.
Would have rather seen Brainac first, as my Mattel Retro Black Manta is good for me.

3. Apache Chief was already shown.

4. Wonder Woman...if it is a new head, and a re use of the PJ outfit, pass. Holding out on this one.

5. Green Lantern. Before a WGSH green lantern? Why?

6. No superman card?

I like them a lot, but I do wonder what they'd look like if the background had the simpler color palette and less depth like the characters and header. It may well not look as good, I admit I am curious.

I really like the big bold figure on the card. Of course, if the action figure doesn't match it may come back to haunt them.

Totally agree, they nailed it in that regard. I *am* going to suggest they tweak out the hint of GL camel toe.

So the scarecrow we saw a prototype for is part of this line? I thought it was for the Batman line? Will the same one be packaged in both lines or where there be two scarecrows with different sculpts?

I hope green lanturn looks a lot better than superman, and yeah wonder woman needs a complete overhaul. (Not the card art, but the figure.)

don't know if it's likely because it's Superfriends, but I'd love to see a removable Mask Black Manta (he never removed his helmet on the show did he?).

An acquaintance just remarked to me that this may be the best card art they've ever done. I can't argue. Anyone think this may be a preview of the way they go with the card art for Scooby and the gang?
