I still want a 66 Batgirl cycle, complete with lace trim, and a nice seat cushion with fringe.

I'm more interested in the exclusive figures they mention.

A classic batcycle in red? That would be awesome.

I have a black batcycle set, and Lasermego helped me trick out a blue one sans sidecar for Batgirl.

Yeah - even though he drove a Winnebago, I would love to see it done in this VW format!

Well, it would be pretty easy to do. And Mentor should be easy, too: FTC does a nice job with soft-goods for the jacket ensemble, and a gray-haired Ivanhoe could work well for the head.

In the comic, they had Uncle Dudley grow a mustache and serve as Mentor; I liked that.

The Shazam van is a great idea. I know it wouldn't be the same vehicle but they could reproduce the decal that was on the front of that vehicle and adlib the rest. Adding a Mentor figure would put me over the top. I would buy it.

^People seem to have a fondness for the show and this thread shows an interest tied to it. And it would be great to have some more Shazam! Mego-merchandise. I hope FTC is taking notes--Mickey?

From reading these posts, it's a challenge for me to know exactly where this thread's Shazam-van desirers draw their "line-in-the sand", so-to-speak as far as a possible design.

Personally, I don't think it'd work unless red was the primary color---or, at the very least, that the van was a combo of red to some extent, yellow, and white.

Any reference to the 70's Shazam TV show would be "easter-eggy"/tribute-like in nature, taking into consideration that just the idea of having a van alone is a tribute to the 70's show.

Any potential FTC WGSH-oriented Shazam-wave/Shazam vehicle pack-in figure such as Uncle Marvel or Mentor (i.e. the REAL Shazam) should look how they looked in the comics during the 70's IMHO.
"No. No no no no no no. You done got me talkin' politics. I didn't wanna'. Like I said y'all, I'm just happy to be alive. I think I'll scoot over here right by this winda', let this beautiful carriage rock me to sleep, and dream about how lucky I am." - Chris Mannix

I will Def pass on the remarks here and will let everyone know if anything good comes from it.
